Sam has worked on the front end of new business design, launch and growth for over 16 years.  Firstly for one of the UK’s fastest growing businesses, he then launched multiple award-winning ventures and latterly has led consultancy projects for some of the biggest brands in the world. 

 

Sam is passionate about creating companies, products and experiences that connect deeply with the human condition and make a lasting positive impact.  He speaks freely into values, authentic relating, non-violent communication, culture, team dynamics and conflict transformation.  He has a strategic approach and naturally brings clarity; steering teams towards decision and action.

 

Sam has a Master’s degree in Business, specialising in Entrepreneurship and Commercialising Intellectual Property.  Prior to that, his Bachelor’s degree was in Electronic Engineering. 

 

Principally, Sam loves to see others thriving and loving what they do.  He believes that companies are ultimately communities of people that relate together in the most human of ways.  He loves to build cultures of connection and authenticity for personal and corporate flourishment.
